Muay Thai

Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is a stand-up combat sport and is recognized as the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand. It's on track to become an Olympic sport and has gained popularity all over the world. Sometimes referred to as The Art of Eight Limbs,' Muay Thai involves the entire body, identifying each strike (punch, kick, knee or elbow) as one 'weapon.' In addition to striking, it also utilizes sweeps and the clinch, a form of stand-up neck grappling.

SPEED, STRENGTH, AND STAMINA ARE JUST THE BEGINNING OF WHAT YOU GET.

It’s not hard to notice someone who has strong, muscular legs and six pack abs… and that’s exactly what you’ll get with Muay Thai training. From muscle endurance, force production, and agility to head-turning abs, thighs and calves, Muay Thai delivers. No other sport or physical activity comes close to delivering the cardiovascular conditioning that Muay Thai offers. Got stress? Think Muay Thai. Having a fun outlet where you focus on yourself and nothing else, detach from the daily grind, let go of all things negative, and release stress does wonders for your mental and physical health.

I BELIEVE… I ACHIEVE… AND I THRIVE.

As a highly respected martial art, Muay Thai will give you a boost in your confidence and focus. If you’re looking to get in shape and build muscle, Muay Thai holds the key to achieving your goals.

PUT YOUR WELL-BEING IN GOOD HANDS – YOUR OWN.

Muay Thai offers a fun outlet for the day-to-day frustrations that build up in our lives. Stress can be a huge contributing factor to many health issues, both mental and physical. Muay Thai counteracts stress by building a stronger immune system, creating more energy, and promoting better cardiovascular health. Many beginners also notice that their mood improves too. It’s a great way to meet people with similar interests. With everyone working together to improve themselves, the atmosphere is collaborative, positive, and fun.

It tones everything from your arms, legs, abdominal muscles and back. Students say they get a huge boost in physical confidence and pride in their appearance. With dedication and hard work, you will have the physique of an athlete in no time at all.
